KLJ Management is led by Josh Jensen, a strategy and partnerships leader with over 20 years of experience across consulting, technology, and operations.

Josh began his career at Booz & Company, advising clients on growth strategy. He later spent 15 years at HP in senior leadership roles, where he helped launch and scale new software and services businesses, contributing hundreds of millions of dollars in incremental margin. His work spanned strategy, partnerships, go-to-market execution, and performance management across global organizations.

Josh is based in the Santa Cruz, California area, where he lives with his wife and children and is actively engaged in the local community. His decision to pursue ownership reflects a long-term commitment to stewardship, continuity, and building value the right way for employees, customers, and communities.
